Terms and Conditions for Bramble and Yarn

Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly and make sure you agree with the contents before using my website. Terms and conditions are subject to regular review and change and I reserve the right to make updates without due warning. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Changes to products, prices and description

Bramble and Yarn reserve the right to make changes to products without warning. This includes pricing and descriptions on the website.

Product Information

I aim to list all my products as accurately as possible, however I cannot guarantee that the colours in my images will appear the same on every screen. My products are all hand- made and are individual and unique and thus cannot be reproduced.

Order Confirmation

All orders will be confirmed by email to the address specified by the customer during the purchasing act. The records stored in Bramble and Yarn’s computer system under reasonable safety conditions are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between you the customer and Bramble and Yarn the seller. Purchase orders and invoices are stored on a reliable and durable system and can be produced as evidence.

Dispatch

I aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days from receipt of your order. If for any reason there is a delay in dispatch (holiday, sickness) this will be stated by email when the order is received. Most orders require a signature at the delivery address. At present I only deliver to mainland United Kingdom.  Should you wish to order / receive a delivery from outside of this area please contact me and I will make endeavour to arrange this for you if possible.

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order. I shall not be held responsible for failure of delivery where an incorrect address has been provided and additional charges may apply for redelivery of an order. All products leave me in perfect condition. You, the customer, must notify the carrier of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the package and refuse the package if necessary and notify me by email if this is the case within three working days. No refunds can be made at a later time for goods claiming to be damaged during carriage without notification at the time of reception. We shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to the carrier, including for the loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.

All purchases are carefully packaged for safe transit.

Description of Goods

I take every care to ensure that the description and specification of my products are as accurate as possible. I photograph my own products and whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, I cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used. 

Returns

Returns and refunds are only provided if an item is faulty, so please contact me if you require further images or information before placing your order.  Please refer to Description of Goods.  I do not offer refunds because you made a mistake, changed your mind, or the colour and pattern is not how you imagined it to be or is not to your liking or any such reason.  You are purchasing a unique product and must bear this in mind when completing your purchase.   Goods must be returned to me within 14 days after the date of receiving the item, for a full refund or exchange.  This is provided that the goods are returned in the same condition they were sold.  Delivery charges are not refundable. 

Copywright and Intellectual Property

When you purchase a product from Bramble and Yarn the image and concept of that artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist and therefore under Copyright laws must not be reproduced in any way or any format for either personal, commercial or promotional use.
